Professor at the Department of Special Psychology and Pedagogy, Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology; staff member of the Research Laboratory for Behavior Management at Kostroma State University. Member of the Educational and Methodological Commission and the Scientific Council of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology. Member of the Scientific Council of Kostroma State University.

Member of the Editorial and Publishing Council of Kostroma State University. Member of the editorial team of the journal “KDU Herald.” Member of the organizations “Pedagogy. Psychology. Sociokinetics,” “Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Organizational Psychology and Labor Psychology,” “Medical Psychology in Russia,” “Society: Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogy,” and “Ma’mun Science” (Ma’mun University, Uzbekistan). Member of the Russian Psychological Society and a member of the Expert Council within the framework of the “Golden Psyche” national competition (for selecting finalists based on the results of 2020-2024).

Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Kostroma State Pedagogical Institute in 1986. Defended a candidate dissertation in 2002 and a doctoral dissertation in 2014. He has taught German and French languages, psychology, and choreography at a general education lyceum.

Has been working at Kostroma State University since 1999. He has over 180 scientific publications.
